Because each artwork is individually crafted to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Every piece is produced with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a luxurious, gallery-quality finish.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the packaging and product

• A short video, if applicable

After verification, we will arrange a complimentary replacement, with no need to return the original item.
