Order Cancellation & Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

However, if you request a cancellation within a limited time after placing your order and before production or shipping begins, we will issue a full refund.

✔️ Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
✔️ After this time, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will fix it for you.

• Please contact us via Live Support within 48 hours of delivery
• Send clear photos or a short video showing the damage
• Once verified, we will send you a replacement of the same product FREE of charge

✔️ You do not need to return the damaged item.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us via Live Support within 48 hours, and we will send the correct product at no extra cost.
